The first memorandum of understanding to establish the first "iTech" innovation center in the agriculture field was signed between the vice president for science and technology affairs and the ministry of agriculture to meet technological needs using Iranian-made solutions of knowledge-based companies.

This situation has led the managers of all print media to consider using new methods and technologies to keep newspapers alive.

The advisor to the vice president for science and technology affairs considered this project and various awards of the national elites foundation an effective step toward the support of top talents in the path of becoming an elite and creating jobs for others.

The vice president for science and technology affairs expressed during the meeting of knowledge-based economy and production leap of West Azerbaijan Province: an influential university earns a significant amount of its revenue from product sales and industry connections. We have to move in the direction that the universities distance themselves from the government money, otherwise the ceiling of their aspirations is equal to the money they receive from the government.
